Corridor design stages are an easy way to save commonly used settings for a corridor, then recall for other corridors without having to define the settings again. Each corridor can have its own design stage within a project, and can be changed at any time. An organization can create stages to be used as standards on an enterprise-wide level, and stored in a DGNlib for easy access. Once used, the stage is copied into the actual design file and can be adjusted based on project parameters.

Design Stage artifacts have been enhanced to ensure that once created the commonly targeted corridor features of top meshes and corridor geometry are preserved no matter the active design stage. Turning off these corridor artifacts now disables the display only of that artifact so any relationships are preserved and update with rule propagation. This change allows rules to be created and maintained for element / surface targeting used in geometry / corridors / surfaces / civil cells and provides for greater management of the object model.

The Corridor Design Stages are located in the Explorer > OpenRoads Standards > Feature Definitions > Corridor.
